LIVE! Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the LIVE! Interactive Virtual Events (“LIVE!”) platform provided by the Dundee Hills Group located at 22566 SW Washington St., Suite 209, Sherwood, OR 97140 U.S.A.

You confirm you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms by clicking the “I Accept” button before being granted access to LIVE! Interactive Virtual Events, or you register an account with us. A legally binding contract between you and us will then be formed, consisting of these Terms, governing all your access to LIVE!.

You must not use LIVE! in any unlawful manner or in any manner inconsistent with these terms, or act fraudulently or maliciously, for example, by hacking into or inserting malicious code, such as viruses, or harmful data, into LIVE!. Users must not infringe our intellectual property rights or those of any third party in relation to your use of LIVE!, including by the submission of any material (to the extent that such use is not licensed by these Terms). You must not use LIVE! in a way that could damage, disable, overburden, impair or compromise our systems or security or interfere with other users.

Recording and Livestreaming
Some events on the LIVE! platform may be recorded and/or livestreamed. By participating in these events you agree to be recorded and/or livestreamed and grant LIVE! and the event organizer the rights to use your image, voice and name in connection with the recording and/or livestreaming (or modified version of the same).

If you choose to attend the event, you will be able to turn off your camera and mute your audio, but your name will still appear in the recording or livestreaming.

Personal Data
Where you are a user of LIVE! and your personal data has been provided as a part of registration, we shall be the data controller, and will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share your information with third parties, with the exception of when you participate in an event on the LIVE! platform.

If you register for an event on the LIVE! platform, your information is shared with the event sponsors who will use it in accordance with their privacy policy. They may communicate with you via email, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
